Emporio Essenze manages the platform that allows users who register to take advantage of the related services such as: creating a personal account on the valid platform to make purchases on our site

What personal data we process: Emporio Essenze provides for the processing of following personal data:

related services.

b and f of Regulation 2016/679 / EU to provide and improve its services by combining
some data in aggregate form with similar information collected by other users for the purpose of
create functions such as “Best Sellers”. The legitimate interest pursued by
Emporio Essenze is carry out its own business activity and improve the Platform
and related services;
e) to carry out security checks in relation to the use of the Platform pursuant to art. 6
n. 1 letter f of Regulation 2016/679 / EU.
Method of treatment:
Personal data are processed using electronic / computer systems and with
the use of measures to guarantee confidentiality and to avoid access to non-parties
authorized.
Duration of treatment
The personal data acquired will be kept for a period of time no longer than that
necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed and respected
of the prescription terms imposed by the law. In particular, where the data were linked to a
appropriate account created by the user on the platform, we inform that EMPORIO ESSENZE will proceed
automatic cancellation of data from the platform in case the user cancels
independently your account.
Data communication

Automated decisions
